How a game goes

From day job to Fast Track

  1. Find

    Visit agents and auctions and spot the deal below market value.

  2. Fund

    Mix your own cash with mortgages, bridging loans and partners.

  3. Let

    Find tenants, keep on top of repairs and watch the rent roll in.

  4. Quit

    Once your income beats your bills, the Fast Track opens up.

Simple to pick up, deep to master

A new event card every turn

Rates rise, a boiler gives up, a regeneration scheme lands next door or an agent calls with a tip off. Every turn turns up a new card that can make or break your plans, so you learn to keep a buffer and think ahead.

Nine regions, each with its own numbers

Prices, rents and yields are inspired by real regional prices and rents, so a terrace in the North East plays very differently from a flat in London. Pick a home region and unlock the rest as your reputation grows.

Fund it with partners and bridgers

Every lender is a character with a personality and a price. Stack them on one deal and weigh up speed against cost.

  • Barry the Banker Buy to Let mortgages for a proper deposit
  • Bella the Bridger Fast money that must be repaid quickly
  • Jack the JV Partner Funds the whole deal for half the profit

Make the character yours

Choose who you start as: the Hustler with a little cash, the Professional with a good salary or the Heir with a fortune and no reputation. Then pick a look and change the skin tone, hair, glasses and outfit colours. Your character is your token on the map and upgrades when you quit the day job.
