Not financial advice
Bricks & Yields is a game for fun and learning. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax, legal or mortgage advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or fund any property. Prices, rents, rates, fees, costs and rules in the game are simplified and illustrative, and real figures and regulations change. Before making any real decision, check current information and speak to a suitably qualified and, where required, regulated professional.
The beta
The game is in beta. It is free, and we may change, pause or end it at any time. Features, numbers and balance will change, and saved games may be reset or lost. Your saved game lives on your own device; clearing your browser's data removes it.
Playing fairly
Please do not use offensive names, try to break or overload the site, copy the game to offer it elsewhere, or post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading in our community. We may remove access if you do.
Your feedback
Thank you for your feedback. By sending it, you agree we may use it to improve Bricks & Yields and related products, without payment or credit, and you confirm it does not contain anyone else's confidential or personal information.
Our content
The game, its text, artwork, design and code belong to Fortuna Streams Ltd or its licensors. Characters are drawn with the DiceBear Avataaars library (code under the MIT licence; Avataaars art by Pablo Stanley). Map regions contain OS data © Crown copyright and database right 2024, and National Statistics data © Crown copyright and database right 2024. All people, investors, places on the street and events in the game are made up; any resemblance to real people or businesses is a coincidence.

Our responsibility to you
We provide the game free and as it is, during a beta. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from using it or from any decision made using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
